I love that it is zero sugar and it does not break your fast if you are doing intermittent fasting! It’s a great price for the purchase. And it taste really good as a sweetener, but with the perks of being healthier!

Love this product! A year and a half ago my husband was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. We changed our ways of eating by cutting carbs and processed sugar. We use Lakanto white and brown monk fruit sweetener instead of regular sugar. With just a few changed at his last checkup his blood work was perfect. We still use Lakanto and always will. Thank you for products that that are good for your health and taste great!

Love this product and love this brand!!! I use it in tea, coffee and baked goods!! Just a great sugar replacement. Best replacement IMO. Does not taste fake or artificial!!

This works really well for sugar replacement in baking recipes and to add two cereal or yogurt, but keep in mind. It does not replace real sugar in what it does for your body. I was wondering why I was craving sugar all the time and it is partially because I was using this too much as a replacement for fruit and other sugary foods. This taste really good. It is definitely the best sugar alternative as far as taste goes. I know there are no long-term studies of the monk fruit yet.

I have tried a variety of sweeteners and found all had an aftertaste or were too sweet making the coffee have a strange taste. This seeetner has no aftertaste and can be used in equal proportions to sugar. In the same way it can be used in cooking instead of sigar. It is an outstanding substitute for sugar.

In my effort to reduce sugar, I found this as an alternative to using honey in my coffee. There’s zero artificial sweetener taste and 0 cal it’s pretty win-win and it’s also a natural product no aspartame or harmful ingredients just monk fruit. Just part of the things that keep me looking good.

Sabe casi igual al azúcar blanca, estoy encantada, buen sabor y cero calorías, me la recomedó la especialista en nutrición ya que la Stevia me sabe amarga y el Canderel me sabe muy mal,
Bueno para postres
Es una opción saludable para hacer alguna receta a la cual no sabes la cantidad de endulzante que usar ya que la mayoria de otros endulzantes como stevia endulzan mucho mas y el dificil calcular la cantidad a usar. Con esta puedes usar la misma cantidad que diga una receta para azucar regular, peeeeero... no endulza igual por lo que se me hace costosa para lo que rinde. Pero si estas intentando cambiar habitos alimenticios y te gusta hornear uno que otro postre para el fin de semana es muy buena opcion
