Even though it’s very bitter bc it’s 100% cocoa powder, my wife also uses this with almond flour to make me chocolate muffins and adds dates, maple syrup, or other forms of natural sugar to make me healthy sweet options. Great product!

I love this product and it more than meets all of my chocolate cravings without the added calories and fat. Research shows that this brand is by far the best in relation to taste and having less pesticides, or any chemicals used in production. I will never use regular cocoa again. The price is great and a little goes a long way!

I purchased this after reading a review in a trusted national consumer testing magazine stating that the lead levels (occurring from the soil when growing plant) was lower than national brand we were using. The fine powder dissolves well and tastes wonderfully chocolatey.
