I usually buy gallons of water from Costco or Sam’s Club, and as far as I know, that kind of purified or reverse osmosis water has all the minerals stripped out. What I do is pour the water into a container and mix in about 30 drops per gallon. It doesn’t taste like much, just a slight mineral hint if you drink it plain, but nothing strong or weird. If you’re used to completely flat-tasting water, this actually makes it feel more like real spring water.Pro:Easy to use. Just add drops and go.No sugar, flavors, or sweeteners.Great way to add minerals back into filtered water.Big bottle. Technically I've started with the ConcenTrace drops and switched to these as they're the same drops and a much better value. I love them, it's hard to review something that, if it's doing it's job you shouldn't really notice but I rarely get cramps or eye twitches or any of that stuff that used to happen often. Additionally, they make water taste better, much more real and authentic as odd as that is to say. As you can see, I just stock up on them when I find a deal (I do that with everything) and I go through maybe a bottle every 6-8 weeks but I don't actually keep track of that.
