Well done! The last time I received the pellets partially melted. This is a very welcome initiative. I will purchase again with confidence. We are talking about real chocolate from Belgium, not the sweet brown wax from San Francisco.

I have bought Callebaut chocolate for years now. I love it on my breakfast greek yogurt with nuts and berries. I like this particular order because I have discovered that these little callets are easier than buying the big blocks and breaking it up with a food chopper or a coffee bean grinder. :)

Some of the best chocolate, came nice, not melted together in a big block, I guess it depends on where you live and what time of the season you order it, keep that in mind when ordering, taste is awesome, melts flawlessly, silky and smooth

Et pour comparer les prix avec deux des commerces . Je suis alors tombée sur ce produit.15€ et quelques du kilo c'est très intéressant ! Moins cher que les marques connues en aide à la pâtisserie . Et les pépites sont meilleures ! (Ça, je ne le savais pas avant d'acheter . Mais je confirme !)Du coup j'ai voulu tester ce chocolat.🥰 Je suis pleinement satisfaite. Ça sent bon le chocolat noir . C'est goûtu, aussi 👍J'ai fait des gâteaux pour le goûter des enfants et c'est un succèsIl m'arrive d'essayer de faire des pépites avec du chocolat noir à dessert , dans mon robot , mais le résultat n'a rien avoir . These are my favorite chocolate chips for cookies, and I'm willing to stockpile this giant sac. The alternative, at least in Europe, is to buy tiny packages of chocolate chips from the supermarket, of inferior quality, and have to use non-integer fractions of them when making cookie dough. (In the US, you have the option of buying 16oz bags.)My friend's sister is a dessert chef, and these are her second favorite brand of chips. Her favorite is difficult to find in northern/central Europe, and I prefer these anyway.
