Zero sugar doesn't mean it doesn't have an impact on your blood sugar levels. Check the ingredients, if you are Diabetic I would not recommend using this product.That said, this is my absolute favorite low calorie water additive. I've tried a bunch of other brands and they all have some kind of a filmy texture and strange after tastes, but this watermelon and the apple Jolly ranchers flavors are smooth and taste great. I put one packet into a 52oz bottle of ice cold water and add a little (~1/2 teaspoon) potassium and (~1/2 teaspoon) magnesium once every day to try to balance out my low levels of those minerals. When they have the 2x SIX pack (12 boxes) I recommend you buy that, much cheaper than one SIX pack at a time.

I lost my taste and small about 4 maybe 5 years ago, I bought these to see if I could sense anything. I believe they give me a little touch of taste.

Great flavor and tastes just like the candy without all the sugar!! Easy to mix and is a great substitute for soda! I've taken soda out of my diet completely and I've found that these drink mixes and others curb the cravings for soda! It satisfied my need for something sweet and helped hydrate me too!! Would recommend 100%!!
