Great deal on a bulk package of individual packets - this particular 'flavor' was priced less than the others. They're really easy to use for quick mashed potatoes, and I've even added them to soups in the instant pot for thickening. Reliable brand delivering tasty flavor - the cheddar can be detected and the sour cream is noticeable but not overpowering.

We call this type of mashed potato "faux potatoes". However, they really are good. This particular one is versatile, too. You can use it with a variety of proteins and or veggies. I've used it as a bed for the Dinty Moore Beef stew and Chunky Chicken Pot Pie soup. Adds bulk to the soup and feels like gravy on the potatoes. Mom inhales it. They last a long time on the shelf. And we like all sorts of varieties of these. I don't have to worry about them going bad. They taste fresh and definitely not "faux"! Getting my Mom to eat (she has dementia) is challenging at times, but she loves these and will eat them when given them.

My housemate and co-cook is a nutritional freak, and even he is cautiously accepting of this product.I have a very dicey digestive system, and sometimes this is the best product at settling it down. Flavourful, EASY to DIGEST, accepts additions and amendments happily--it's my go-to meal on bad days.
