I chew one on my way to the pickleball courts so I have energy without a heavy stomach.Very portable so I keep a sleeve of them in my car also.

The wrapper is a little harder to open than I recall it being in the past, but this is still my go-to for a tasty, convenient solid fuel for long bike rides. I love that the price came back down too!

Love the Clif blocs, work well for hard/summer work outs. The strawberry flavor was fine, but not as good as the watermelon. The price was less, so worth a try.

....& lasts several hours.I work in an, Bolo FC, moving around, lifting, driving PIT, needing to be functional, for 10 hours per day, 4-6 days a week........soooooooo, these have nearly 100%, stopped me from eating candy. Candy was making me feel icky, afterwards, like the next day or whatever, candy at work is expensive, & I just don't wanna, anymore.If I'm feeling hungry, during the night, I eat 1-2 blocks, & w/in 5 minutes, feel much better, not hungry, no cravings, for at max, 2-3 hours.I bet these would be amazing, during actual hard workouts. They definitely get me going in the, "morning (lol, 430pm),"when I leave for work, as I don't eat, before heading out.The price is a shock at first, but for 18 bars vs the price of food/candy, vs servings, it's actually a great deal! I can't find these in stores, so I'll definitely buy again!

I've been trying all different energy products, as I ride about 150 miles/week on average. I keep coming back to these. They taste good and are easy to eat while riding. I find the gels to be too messy and impossible to eat while in motion. With these, I cut the top of the wrapper off with scissors before starting the ride. Then I can easily reach into my pocket, squeeze up from the bottom to push out one of the gel cubes, and nibble it off with my mouth. This way I can eat a gel cube every 15-20 minutes while riding, rather than having to stop to refuel. Stops don't happen often enough on some group rides. There's no sticky mess either. There are 6 gel cubes per sleeve. So each sleeve is good for about 90 minutes of cycling. I also use some sugar mix in my water bottle too to make sure I'm getting the calories needed during a long ride.

Highly recommended for anyone that suffers Type 1 Diabetes (or similar disabilities). I find them absolutely superb for an instant boost during a hypoglycermic attack, before I can get some long lasting carbs. Go down easy and actually taste nice. Worth getting in bulk as they are expensive, but I find I only need 1-2 blocks at any given time.
