The instructions aren’t too great but the time spent was totally worth it! It was my first time with a crystal puzzle and I really enjoyed it. This one was too difficult despite the terrible instructions (they only tell you the order of the pieces and honestly a lot of pieces look similar so you have to look very closely). The puzzle comes with little rods to secure the pieces together, seems to be pretty sturdy. Definitely a great gift for all ages!

This is the second 3D crystal puzzle I've put together, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The other one (the green dinosaur puzzle) had more pieces (I think) but was a little easier because the shape had more variation. This one was a little tricky in that the shape is quite simple, and the width and length of the duck doesn't change dramatically between layers. There were times where I was sure I must have been missing pieces, but in the end they were all there and it went together great!It was a nice amount of challenge without being frustrating, and it is extremely cute! The final project is stays together well and feels surprisingly sturdy for being a puzzle. To top it off, you get three sets of eye stickers, which are very similar but have subtle differences, which is kind of fun!

I love 3D puzzles and this did not disappoint. I'm an ametuer builder and this took me about 1 hr to build. It is very sturdy once you use the pole to secure all the pieces. I accidentally dropped mine from the top of my desk and the lil dude was fine. It's a great gift for anyone!

Missing peices.. overly difficult to replace and pay again
Missing more then one piece. Had in a safe designated area, tore apart and counted and am missing 3 pieces.. think there was mention of replacing specific peices but I had to pay for replacements and find a manual of all peices to figure out which ones are missing.. totally ruined the joy of purchasing as I've loved and had no problems with any other puzzle
