I have been stocking up on a few spare OLD STYLE Brita Faucet water filter fixtures. At some point they will no longer be available. I received the new style a couple of times and returned them. I finally got 4 units for future use. The old style has three positions for the flow (full non-filtered, reasonable flow for small openings, and filtered in a small but not too slow stream). The new one is filtered or unfiltered only.I had the best luck with ones sold by Redbeau Sales. Just click on the highlighted "other sellers". Oh, their customer support was rapid and helpful.

Product comes with multiple faucet attachments if needed. Had a lot of trouble getting it secure enough but with a wrench we got it! It leaks a little, hence the 4 star but overall good and good water pressure

The sensor light that starts off green and goes to yellow then red to indicate the filter needs to be changed out has died on me with 2 different units. I purchased the first unit to replace the older version (which lasted me 3 years and I found to be better). I ran into the issue with the sensor light going out after owning it for about 5 months, then replaced it with a new system (with the same sensor light indicator system) and the new one didn't last 2 months before the light went out altogether. If you get this version, write down the date you change the filter out and be sure to change it out on a regular basis. The older version with the non-lit sensor was more reliable and I plan to go back to that or switch to a different brand than Brita altogether.

We have had this product for a few years - 4 plus year probably. We live in a rural area where sometimes the water is great and sometimes not. We use the Brita filter in our kitchen. I use the filtered water for cooking, ice tea and just cold water in fridge. We are not purchasing any bottled water.

So it took a hot second to figure out which adapter fit, during which time I tried the sink and sprayed myself with water out of the imperfect seal. I have a standard apartment sink and eventually got it to fit. Works great, doesn't leak. A lot of the reviews about leaking might be do to people not completely getting the seal perfect. It took a lot of strength to put twist it to the point of sealing. Does the job and water tastes great!

good filter with some hiccups
It is difficult to find a Tap Faucet Water Filter online here in the UK. So we only could choose one brand and that was the Brita one. We used to have another brand, which worked somehow better. I find the Brita one filters the water very slow comparing to other ones. It takes ages to fill up the kettle. Also the bit, which connects the filter to the tab, was made out of cheap material.So we needed to get a replacement, otherwise the filter would wiggle at the tab. Not really happy about our bought, but that was the only choice we had at that time. Delivery took a while, packaging was suitable.

I don't miss buying water bottles.
The media could not be loaded. Bought this faucet filter half a year ago. Swapping filters is easy and my tap water actually tastes better than the bottled water I drank before. Honestly, it's saved me a lot of money and physical labour, but it's far from perfect.The part that's attached directly to the faucet leaks even though it's tightened all the way and it's hard to get a solid grip on it to remove for cleaning. Also, the replacement reminder on my model (SAFF-100) is confusing to read. But even with these issues, I'm pretty happy with it overall!
