Excellent cocoa powder! I think I found THE one! Has a rich, deep, cocoa flavor, beautiful color too! Very fine powder, mixes well for baking and especially for hot drinks. I mix it in with espresso to make a wonderfully rich mocha. Great value for the money too! Highly recommend!

At $30 you may think this is a luxury item, but it's a big bag (2.2 pounds), and it actually comes down to being less or about the same as other high-quality cocoas.The powder is extremely fine (which means it blends in very easily when you go to mix it with milk or water), but do be careful when you open the bag, and when you try to transfer it into smaller packages. The powder flies easily; try not to inhale it.This cocoa is so delicious, you can make a terrific cup of cocoa using only water, no milk or cream (plus of course sugar or other sweetener). And of course it's delicious with milk or cream. It's great in smoothies.Ten-star recommendation.

Amazing. This is the best cocoa powder I’ve tried. Even beats King Arthur, which I’ve used for a long time.
Good strong flavor profile when used to make chocolate
It still seems surreal that you can actually make your own chocolate at home, and with only 3 ingredients for dark chocolate. I don’t have enough experience to rate this cocoa against other cocoas available but the batches of chocolate I have made with cocoa butter, this cocoa and a non-sugar sweetener have come out with a deep, rich flavor profile and a good mouth feel. Tempering takes a bit of handholding and even when I feel I’ve been successful, the chocolate can melt with a little too much enthusiasm, like when I chopped it up to go into chocolate chip cookies. I think it needs to be given a bit more time for some of the stronger crystals to form in tempering. Tastes quite good, though.
