Instead of making one I just bought it. I really like it, easy to use and looks great, especially as the plants grow and get bigger.

One of the main reasons I bought this product over others is because Bolo gave an estimate arrival date of 2-3 days after I purchased it. Apparently, that actually means they won't even send it out until 4 days later and you won't get it for at least a week. I can understand sending it out on time and weather issues slowing shipping down, but If they're not going to send it out close to being on time, they need to update their product page. I know these things aren't always 100%, but with a shipping cost of over $15, I was expecting better.

My girls bought this for me for my birthday in May and I finally got around to planting it. A single planter holds 18 plants - 9 on the front, 3 on each side, and 3 across the top. I planted a mix of things from spider plants to ivy and some colorful succulent type plants. It was easy to plant although after the first few waterings I'll have to use some newspaper to fill in some of the holes until the plants mature enough to hold the soil in place. The frame is sturdy, and the coco-mat liner is nice and thick. The hooks that come with it for mounting are thick and strong although I chose to use some longer screws to mount mine. Time will tell how it fills in and whether the plants across the bottom get the water and the light they need. So far I'm very pleased and would recommend this!
