The Cable Matters 10ft cable with ferrites offers excellent value for its performance.The picture quality is good, and I haven't experienced any significant signal issues thanks to the ferrite cores. While VGA isn't the latest technology, it's still necessary for many older devices, and this cable provides a dependable connection without breaking the bank. You pay more but it’s a better cable. Ferrite cores help produce a clear image with sharp text. I compared this to another cable that was $4 cheaper and the less expensive cable had a terrible picture with ghosting and blurry text. Of course I am returning the other lower quality cables for a refund.Definitely buy this cable from Cable Matters if you care about image quality. It’s more expensive but your eyes will thank you.

I have an older desktop computer tower with a relatively cheap computer monitor that accepts VGA as well as HDMI. I have tried a few combinations of different cords to try and make the HDMI work, but to no avail. I finally decided to try using this cord. The only concern I had was when I notice an area of the cord where the rubber was cut, exposing a portion of the wire. Nothing that some electrical tape can't fix!

I have needed a 10ft VGA cables for years to replace my 6ft. This is more flexible than my older cable and the length lets me move my monitor to a better location. I don't notice any color or signal problems with this brand.
