I saw this season one of Legacy on an app. It was so good, I bought the dvds. I’m very disappointed to learn there’s no season two because it leaves off a cliff hanger. Nevertheless it’s enjoyable.

I really wanted to like this as a series suitable for our family to watch. The characters are likeable, a close family that owns & lives on a Kentucky racehorse ranch back in the times of long victorian dresses & horse & buggy days. Of course they have selfish & greedy enemies whose conflicts with them the family works together & they overcome. However, for Christians you should know this series does not stick to the Bible's high standards of morality even among the good guys.The DVD case was broken with plastic pieces inside & the first disc was quite scratched. I did watch the 2nd disc before returning the series. The series ends disturbingly right in the middle of a bad conflict. It looks like the bad guys won.

This series is advertised as "Fans of Little House on the Prairie will love this Wonderful Family Series." First, it in NO way resembles Little House on the Prairie. Second, there is a lot of lying, heavy alcohol consumption, lots of kissing and on a few episodes listed below, immoral behavior. It is geared to teenagers/young adults and would not be suitable for younger children. There are some good episodes. If you don't watch "Blood Relative," "Full House," or the last 4 episodes of the series you may find it acceptable. There was good acting, beautiful scenery & horses, period costumes, etc., but proceed with caution. It's too bad they didn't gear this to families and uphold higher moral principles.

this is an awesome movie, the only problem is there is no end, we are sitting here wanting to kill this so called woman he marriedshe is a witch (not a good one) , sat up all night watching the thing just to see her get it, never happened, left us in the dark, she and someone else are going to kill the father her husband, the whole family is at odds, I do hope they finish this at some point. Had I known this would endbut not end like this (not finished), I would not have bought it. We loved it till the end of the film, not the end of the show, cause there is no end

This is a very good tv series... too bad it ended after one season.

The music was a very good choice, as well.However, the series was dropped abruptly, and you are therefore left without any conclusion to anything.How sad....as this could have been a wonderful series.We felt that it was still good enough to purchase and watch.
