I moved into a house and found a Eureka ESP upright vacuum in sad disrepair in the basement.with a shattered impeller...this is the plastic impeller with the slightly smaller height on the blades (note there are two different sizes of these impellers, one is an inch, this one is slightly less, more like .78 .80 inches tall)make sure you get the correct size if you are ordering, as ive ordered both and this is the only one that fits.ensure you put the nylon bushing washers on the top and bottom of the plastic impeller before you screw the center belt pulley back on, or it could crack the plastic.these are meant to be consumed, as the impeller blades are in the airflow of the dirt (but you'll never lose the suction!) get two right away and save a quality piece of appliance from the landfill.

Perfect for my 40 year old sanitaire. It takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I’ve only broken my fan 2 x in 30 years. Never suck up screws.

PROS:o Very inexpensive part to fix an otherwise good vacuum cleanerCONS:noneAn older friend has the aforementioned vacuum cleaner, the original fan had broken near the hub so the fan blades were not connected to the shaft which caused a horrible sound and of course no suction. Once I found the youtube video that showed how to get the pulley off the motor shaft, it was very straightforward and probably would have literally been a 5 minute fix if I had done this before. Great way to save an otherwise perfectly good vacuum!!
