It has clear instructions on the back of the packet on how use and I managed to get over 50 uses with Petri dishes.
Good gelatine substitute
Agar agar works well and quickly for making marmalade,but it needs to be boiled in low flame with other jelly ingredients. No needed to add more agar agar than written in recipes.
