I feel this really removes some of the carbs from my snacks and helps my diet. I have placed on subscription so I don't run out and would recommend.

This is one of the top carb blockers I've ever used. I take 2 before a heavy carb meal and it works great. No stomach issues either

I’m not sure how effective it is, but it does make you go after a carb full meal. I think you should take it 10 or so mins before meals. I tried taking up to 3 at a time with my meals
