These bars really impressed me with their flavor and texture. They’re perfect as a quick snack or a post-workout boost. I love that they’re made with quality ingredients and aren’t overly sweet. The variety of flavors in the box keeps things interesting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious option.

Entirely too much sugar! Read the nutrition information. These bars have an acceptable number of calories, carbs and protein. But their sugar level is sky high. One bar is 24% of the daily recommended consumption of sugar! That is terribly unhealthy. Based upon my daily activity level I typically consume 2, or 3 bars a day. Three bars is almost 75% of your sugar allowance. Not much room left for anything sweet, or naturally occurring sugars in other foods for the rest of the day, plus there is the cumulative effect of consuming that much sugar on a regular basis. My previous protein bar of choice was Ultra Bar, but they are not currently available. Their sugar level percentage for daily consumption was ZERO %. I have switched to "Think!" protein bars, which have less calories, less salt and 0% sugar compared to Pro Bar. For me, protein bars are a convenient meal substitute and for the most part healthy. Other than Ultra Bar, it has been an ongoing challenge finding an equivalent substitute that is healthy, affordable and does not taste awful. I gave away my remaining Pro Bars, and warned the person not to have more than one a day, unless they plan to consume almost no sugar for the rest of the day. Once again, read the label. Hope this is helpful.

Upon reaching my 30s, I noticed a change in my metabolism. It became easier to put on weight, but my hankering for chocolate did not subside. Completely eliminating chocolate does not work for me- I have to practice moderation in order for me to maintain a healthy weight. I researched a lot of bars two assist in three goals. First was satisfying a chocolate craving, second was to have it be more filling in nature and contained some protein, and third was where it was a better quality of ingredients. I made my way through quite a few different protein bars. My favorite is the Pro Bar (specifically mint). I noticed it does satisfy my chocolate cravings, and is better than having a bar of chocolate to fill that need. The Pro Bar is more filling while still being delicious. The bar is also a decent size- I noticed with other smaller bars, I would be more included to have more than one. The chocolate taste is good, not that chalky, grainy taste. Personally, the mint and peanut butter bars are spot on, but the cookie dough is a little off to me. The cookie dough also has gluten, which I also do without (I did not realize it until after I had it). The only loss of a star is the price. I recommend these for anyone trying to satisfy a chocolate craving while still trying to be health conscious.

Great snack or dessert, honestly. Enough sweetness to combat those sweet tooth cravings without feeling totally guilty about it. Very filling too, I sometimes just have half a bar. And no weird texture, before or after! Delivery was weird since I ordered a box of protein bars and got a box of their energy gummies. However, after speaking to an Bolo representative it was all sorted out. So, just be weary that you may not receive exactly what you order but reach out to Bolo if anything. They are delicious and worth it in my opinion.

I have tried Quest protein bars, No Cow protein bars, and all sorts of protein bars. None of them come close to PROBAR's protein bar. Seriously, the ingredients are great, the taste is perfect, and I feel good knowing that I'm eating something that is not harmful towards me. Also has a great amount of protein, without compromising the quality. I hope this brand continues to make protein bars, because as long as they do, I will continue to invest in them.Update: I was accidentally sent a variety pack instead of chocolate, but I can’t complain. They are brilliant with their flavors. All of them are great!
Not the greatest
I like only how dense the bar is, and how little aftertaste there is. I didn't think it was very tasty, or even close to the way cookie dough actually is. I had to chew every bite up a lot. I wouldn't buy these again. I will stick with One protein bars instead.

These protein bars have a nice crunch and lots of flavor. They aren't overly sweet and they keep us feeling full for a long time.
Great taste for a non-mint-lover!
I accidentally ordered the Mint Chocolate and am not normally a fan of mint and chocolate together, but the there is just a hint of mint so they are surprisingly very tasty!!

Taste fine but they're very hard. Not sure if this is because they're stale but they don't taste stale. I wouldn't buy again though.
