Have tried every single supplement imaginable and every combination of things with no noticeable changes - at all. Women trying to conceive esp in their 40s know the desperation. And know how inpatient we can be about things esp when our biological clock is ticking.My acupuncturist (third generation Chinese acupuncturist) gave me some small cinnamon tea pills with a Chinese name. They helped decrease my cramping a little, but not my flow. I stopped taking them a few months ago.I usually bleed medium flow on day 1. And insane flow non stop 24-7 for next 4 days - Changing pads plus tampons on the hour is what I consider insane. Sorry for Tmi but just to give you a reference of what I am dealing with. Cant even sleep thru the night between the flow and terrible bloating. Then on days 6-14 I spot or have a light flow. My fibroids are huge - grapefruit size. And I want to conceive and know they can come back after surgery. That’s why I chose to change my diet reducing carbs and dairy to help lose weight and address these fibroids naturally.I ordered these pills after seeing them mentioned in another product review about a person saying they literally saw huge clots passing thru on their cycle. And also these pills had reduced their bloating.Ladies, even if we say we are not trying another pill or supplement you know we always do!I started taking the recommended dose only 1x a day instead of 3x about 8-9 days before my cycle. I wanted to see how my body responded first. I stopped taking them when my cycle came on. I had some light cramping during the cycle. But I could not believe that I passed the most massive sized clots I have ever seen. My acupuncturist said it is helping the mass (benign tumor) break down. This happened for 4 days and then my cycle ended. No more bleeding or spotting after that.In addition to this I take a gummy acv vitamin once a day. I take magnesium caplets once in the morning and at night to help with relaxing the body, mind, and eliminating daily.And I also do vaginal steaming with the Female Rituals herbs every other day 3x a week - about a week to ten days before my cycle. I use the herbs in the purple package. I started steaming 3 months ago and it has helped to decrease my cramping a lot and also clean the blood. I have bright red blood during my cycles now instead of dark brown blood. Anyone trying to conceive (ttc) know important how clean blood and ovulating with clear mucus helps improve your chance of conceiving.Our bodies are all different and how we react to different things. What stage we are with our fibroids, our dietary choices, lifestyle all play a part in our health. I cannot say these pills will work for you. But I did want to share my testimony and say they have worked for me after just a very short time using them.Consult your herbalist, acupuncturist, or doctor to see if these might work for you. For what it is worth, the "Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan" vs. "Gui Zhi Fu Ling Pian" -- the "wan" are small round pills, about 5mm. For me these were weirdly hard to swallow not because of their size, but because they wanted "float" at the back of the throat sometimes.- the "pian" are tablet shaped, about 6 mm, so not much bigger, roughly the size of an Aleve tablet, but easier to swallow. Bit powdery relative to the "wan" though, so you get a fair amount of dust at the bottom of the bottle.- same active ingredients, different inactive ingredients- after one month each type, not noticing any significant difference between "wan" and "pian" in efficacy- (two months in) this seems to have helped reduce very heavy bleeding which was supposedly linked to fibroids.- Edit to add: (at four months in) very heavy bleeding came back.- Edit to add: (at six months in) with added Candida Support (NOW), Candidase (Enzymedica), AND meds from Traditional Chinese Medicine doc, heavy bleeding significantly reduced to an acceptable level. Before adding the TCM doc's meds, bleeding volume was considerably less, but still had 1-3 days of iffy worrisome whats-going-to-happen bleeding, but much improved from the drops-your-blood-pressure bleeding. At this point my take is this was/is worthwhile and will continue to take it for 3 more months.Also important to note, have been to the ob/gyn at the very beginning first to rule out cancer with biopsy.- but also may have increased hot flashes some, though not as bad as OTC Pro-gest cream

Been taking these for close to 3 weeks now.. It’s stopped my period from coming and I have sore and swollen breasts.. hoping this is a good sign and that my 12cm fibroid will start to decrease in size.. i usually have my period every 21 days.. it’s been 37 days today.Pills are very easy to take

I had an unexpected health issue where I was basically hemorrhaging for 2 months from my cycle that came out of nowhere. I have been regular my entire life. I had a couple ultrasounds done that showed I had uterine scarring and tissue forming around the edge. They told me the only cure was a hysterectomy. They said there were possible surgeries that could help stop the bleeding But no guarantees. At the time I could not continue doctoring due to finances so I did some research online and found studies overseas where this product helped women with endometriosis, fibroids, and the uterine growths that I had. I have been using this product several months and I can honestly say my last two cycles were completely normal. I don't know if it's this product or not but my hemorrhaging stopped and my cycles became normal again after using this product. I believe I've been taking these pills for three and a half months or so. I take four tablets in the morning and in the evening. I intuitively chose this dosage. This is the only thing I'm doing differently regarding this health issue. I also had severe cramping and pain with my hemorrhaging which subsided after about 1.5 months on these tablets. Besides my mindset believing I could cure myself because I wanted more children, I am convinced these tablets saved me from losing my uterus. I am so grateful I didn't have the money to pursue getting a hysterectomy!

My mom got visions for this pills for me my period was going for months after taking these it cool down for few months I’m still taking em
