I love this Green Lima Anodized Healthy Ceramic 5 qt. Lightweight pot, I had this pot before but I let someone borrow it and I haven’t seen it since. That is until I reordered this Green Lima Pot, I hope this company never stops making this pot. It’s and everyday pot . And I needed lightweight pots & pans , and this pot takes seconds to clean it’s so easy. This is a great purchase , I like to clean this by hand . And it’s a very Sturdy solid pot, it’s not cheaply made. I since have bought the matching pans, because it’s a safe nonstick healthy brand . The only wish I have is for this company to make a 5 qt sauté everything Pan, that is solid like this pot. I ‘d checked and there are not so great reviews,like it’s not sturdy and solid, an it warps . So I’m really looking for this matching sauté pan, A Solid and sturdy 5 Qt. Sauté pan With great reviews?? Anyone have any info or advice I would surely Appreciate it. It’s hard to find a Green Healthy Solid (5 qt ) Sauté pan, I have been searching for over six months. Well this Green Lima pot is great, I really love this pot I use it everyday,because it’s easy to cook in this pot, I got rid of my heavy pots and pans, because I love this brand so much. It’s a lightweight solid pot that’s going to last me years. And I seriously got this at a great price $44.00 on sale. I might buy another, because companies sometimes stop making a series collection of matching pot pan sets. And when I love this brand , I don’t want to have to change , sorry but when I truly love a product and they discontinue it , it’s sucks, especially because we don’t hear why. If a company was to upgrade a product, And it’s perfect the way it is . Because the replacement is not the same.! And usually not as good quality. Overall a great pot in a good size!
Not the prettiest of pans but I have used it a few times and it is the right size. No stick, handles are great, not heavy, I can sling it around only holding one handle. Cleans easily, lid fit perfectly. Cooks fine with even heat. Handles do get hot but, duh, you just use pot holders! Great pan so now I’m going to buy a skillet!
Best and most useful pot I own.
This is the best pot I own! I bought it because I was finding it hard to use my cast iron pot and needed something that I could put into a very hot oven. This pan is lightweight and durable and the cover fits snugly. I find that now this pot is my pot of choice for soups, sauces, or sautéing a large quantity of vegetables. It has held up beautifully and I have even lined it with parchment paper and baked bread in it. It heats up well on my glass top stove and it washes up well too. Highly recommend.

I like the size and ease of use. Seems good quality. The only thing that bothers me is that when I hand wash and then dry, some of the finish seems to be coming off of the bottom onto the towel.

I love green pans - they work exactly as you’d want, they don’t stick, and you know there isn’t any materials leaching into your food and poisoning you. I’ve had green pans for more than ten years, and they are still just as awesome today as when I bought them. They cook evenly, and are so versatile - braise, boil, fry…they work for anything.I’ve observed one practice since I’ve owned them - when cleaning, I never use anything more than my hand and dish soap to clean them - no scrub pads, nothing harsh that may scour the surface. If you observe this, the nonstick will stay intact and food won’t stick - and when food doesn’t stick, you don’t need to scrub! Never scrub, and food won’t stick. It’s a cycle.My niece was visiting once and slightly overheated and scorched one pan….no problem, the pan is slightly discolored but still works beautifully.These pans are awesome - spend a few extra minutes caring for the pan (no harsh cloths or scrubbing!) and you’ll have a pan that for many years.ADDED TWO YEARS LATER: every one of my green pans is still going strong! I’ve still never scrubbed them with anything, and they still are absolutely nonstick! Well, you say, the pan got some crusty on it and I need to scrub it. NO!!!!!! Just put some water and soap to cover all the crusty, heat on the stove for a few minutes, turn off flame and let sit five minutes, and I promise you can fully clean the pan with just your hand and a bit of dish soap. Seriously - some of my pans are approaching 15 years old - and a fried egg still slips right out, even with no oil!Love green pan!

I already had an entire set of GreenPan pots and pans. Love them so much. I needed a bigger size dutch oven, to make soups and stews and larger amounts of things like mashed potatoes. This fit the bill and came in handy for Christmas dinner. Love it. Matches all my other GreenPan items perfectly. For those of you that seem to have issues with chipping, etc., remember do NOT put these ceramic items in the dishwasher EVER. On the instructions for care, it says to just wash with soapy water, and make sure you use at low to medium heat. That way the surface stays perfect and you will have these non toxic pots and pans for a Very, Very long time! Love GreenPan!
My FAV pot!
This is currently my favorite cooking pot! I can't get over how smooth and easy it is to clean this vessel after cooking. It truly is non-stick. I use silicone or wooden spatulas and non-stick friendly sponge with this pot. I hope this lasts for a long time. I wish this brand made cheaper vessels. I'd have loved to purchase more from this brand if they weren't so expensive!
