I sprouted a tablespoon-full, threw them in my bread dough, and they added a delicious flavor and texture. Already started my next batch (for my mother-in-law!)Edit:Ten months later, I just ordered another bag. I average one loaf of bread per week, sometimes more, (yes, I cheat; I use a bread-maker) and at 1-2 tablespoons a week, this 12oz bag lasted this long! Very cost-effective. Again; hardly any dud seeds over the entire ten months — definitely recommend

seeds sprouted and grew to 5 inches in 8 days. used standard potting soil. buy large starter trays and you'll have continuous fresh greens during shortages. make sure you investigate growing and harvesting wheat for optimal results. no fertilizer needed.

I bought it to make a traditional Russian/Ukrainian kutya. I soaked it for a night and then boiled it for 2,5 hours, it was very clean and tasted grate with all additions.

I bought this item to cook Aşüre and the grain did not cook! I usually buy from an Middle Eastern Store and will continue to buy it since this product I ordered is not good!
