Bought this for my husband. It was smaller than I had expected but is plenty. The chocolate is very rich, so it's going to last for a while. There are notable differences in each chocolate bar. We like to try them together and talk about them for a few minutes. We have both enjoyed the experience

In February I did an entire unit study with my kids on Chocolate. It was so interesting to learn about one of my favorite things,., then teach that to my kids, For the end of our study I ordered this chocolate passport so we could try chocolate from all over the world. All the chocolate bars have a different taste. This was a great experience trying all the different ones with my kids (they don't really like dark chocolate but gave them all a try.) I however, was in heaven, It took me a few months to eat all the bars. each one was unique and delicious. My favorite was the one from Sao Tome. It was delicate and smooth tasting and quite delicious. This would make a great gift for any chocolate lover and pairs well with many wines. I will be buying a few as gifts for Christmas this year, and Ill be buying another for myself as well. They are much more expensive from Bolo then if you get them from a trader joes store.... but its a seasonal item so if you gotta have it, its supply and demand I guess.

This is a nice gift set with a selection of different bars, even though most of them tasted the same. They are smaller than the average sized bar, and I was hoping that there would be more above the 70% to 80% coco content, but still a nice display box.

Honestly love the product. The flavors are all very different between the different chocolates and like nothing else youve ever tasted. Price may not cheap, but quality is great and is a fun experience. I suspect most of the people complaining about the size are Americans used to getting a full size Hershey bar for $1.69. If you are a chocolate lover this is well worth it.

My introduction to this specific package was as a Christmas gift from my daughter a couple years ago. I love chocolate and this selection? Wow! I shared my package with my wife then remembered it this last Christmas and purchased a package for my wife. Thankfully she shared as well.I don't live near a Trader Joe's anymore but finding this/these online has opened a world of gifting these. I highly recommend them for the chocoholic in your life.Note: These are straight up single source chocolate with no nuts etc. They are for the most part 65-70&. My wife, a milk chocolate devote' loves them so they are not too strong for her. Good luck. If your recipient doesn't like them? Well, that's your good fortune isn't it?

First off this is Trader Joe’s so I thought I understood the price. Like 30 bucks. Even when I received it I thought well ok it’s small.. it’s really small but MAYBE the chocolate makes up for the price and the size. Unfortunately the chocolate is stale. Note the discoloration; it’s chalky! It also tastes pretty bad. I really like dark chocolate and tbh this was supposed to be a gift. I’m glad I have low self control for dark chocolate and tried this and didn’t just hand it off as a gift. Wow. Very disappointing.

Just okay.There was nothing special about this chocolate. I thought that it would have something different from each country from which they came. But they all kind of tasted a lot alike and somewhat of a bitter aftertaste. Also the box is only 4" tall and 3" wide.The only really benefit is that you get dark chocolate 70+ from different countries.
