It is an excellent product. My repaired leg is now shorter, that works against pain free alignment & movements of the spine. These lifts help stabilize my walk & can be adjusted to fit all shoes.

I have a leg length discrepancy from a childhood injury. With this product it can be somewhat corrected to limit the amount of pain from prolonged standing or walking. When the doctor increased the amount of lift, these made it simple enough to adjust. They last a long time and are affordable enough to have for all my shoes. I can put them beneath the inside lining of the shoe or use double sided tape to secure them, as they will slide down the shoe some. I use this technique on backless sandals, as well.Even though the lift is cushioned, after many years of use, the heel pad of the involved foot seems to have diminished some, but doubt that the lift is the cause. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and this fits perfectly in sneakers, boots, and heels.

Received blank, dark brown heel lifts without labels on them of name of product nor size. Have to trust that the package label is correct. Just received them, so unable to comment on anything further.

This is the best heel pads with lift that I have found! They offer slightly more lift than the leather heel pads that I have been using.After a hip replacement, the operated side leaves me with the leg shorter than the other side. It created more pain in my hips and spine. These lifts help really well to alleviate that pain. I need to order more for my winter shoes and boots!!

I've been wearing these since an orthopaedist said a few years ago that I had one leg shorter than the other. These work well enough, although they could be better. First, I never use the adjustable feature, because when I tried that, I couldn't get the lift to stick back together after. Second, these only last a few months before starting to wear down and needing to be replaced. I wish they were a bit more durable, but they work for me--as long as I'm using them in my left shoe, I don't get pain in my right hip.

When you have knee replacement surgery, they forget to tell you that your legs will likely be different lengths. These convenient, adjustable height, sticky strip heel lifts are just the thing to save you from backaches! Awesome.
