Looked great and installed easily. Ability to hold pressure and keeping it appeared temperamental and stubborn on one of the two Arnott Air Struts. Frequently triggered the "Drive to Workshop" message. As a result, the front was not riding at the same height. Took it to Mercedes and they swapped both out. What a waste of money. Seller stalled and would not refund.

I bought a pair of Arnott AS-2605 Air Struts in May 2015 for my Mercedes S500. Despite providing all specifics that they needed at the initial purchase I received wrong pair of air struts. I notified Arnott of my concern with photographic evidence of the wrong item. I was asked by Arnott to provide further specifics of my car that I provided as texts and pictures. Finally it was concluded that struts are not compatible with my car model. I requested the return shipping labels. I received only one return label instead of two. The struts are heavy and they were originally shipped to me in two boxes. I had to email twice to get the second shipping label. When it came to the refund I received refund only for one strut. On inquiry I was told refunds has been issued for both separately. I couldn't verify this on my credit card statements so I emailed them back insisting second refund has not been made. Finally, I received the second refund. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience.

Item as advertised and arrived very quickly! The only complaint I have is that one strut had a black cover on top and the other had a silver cover. I bought two struts, but not on the same day. You might want to confirm when you buy them that they match.
