It’s meant to be diluted. I don’t dilute it as much as the instructions say, but it still goes a long ways. I have rock beds all around my house and multiple trees and sheds in my yard. I use this to keep the weeds out and I love it! I find it to be very effective and keeps the weeds manageable. I spray approximately 3x a year and am in FL.

This is the good stuff, glyphosate. It's hard to find it in stores anymore after lawyers got rich going after Roundup, and other manufacturers got scared and also changed their formulas. The trick to using this, other than using the right ratio of concentrate to water being sprayed with whatever type of sprayer and wetting the growth down pretty good, is patience. When you spray an area of weeds or grass or light brush needing to be killed, wait. And wait some more. It will look like nothing is happening for a week, maybe two weeks. Then you might notice it's a little less green or starting to go slightly brown. It happens fast after that. The chemical has to have time to be absorbed by the plants and get down to the roots. Spray when it's not going to rain for a day or so, and spray during the day. The middle of a sunny day is best, not very early in the morning or late in the evening. The thirstier the vegetation is the more it will draw it in.And for those that don't know, glyphosate doesn't "poison the ground" and render things incapable of growing for a long period of time. There are weed killers that do that, but they're nastier and more dangerous. They're acid based. If you get it in your eyes it can cause immediate and permanent damage. And rainwater runoff can spread it where you don't want it to go. On flowers, ornamental bushes, trees, and even a neighbor's property. Glyphosate just kills what's growng at the time. And it will last a bit in sprayed areas but other growth will start to pop back up eventually requiring re-spraying.

This product has killed everything that I've put it on. Since you only need to use a little amount, the gallon lasts for a long time! I wish other products lasted for so long even after sitting in the hot garage every summer.

I have used this product for many years mostly because of the cost. It works pretty well but I will say that it doesn't work as fast as other weed killers. If I mix this with water according to instructions and let it sit for up to 24 hours then it works pretty good but it still takes about a week to see results. If I mix and then use right after it will take well over a week to see results and even maybe not kill some weeds, So I try to mix and let sit for a day if I can. This last time I sprayed I mixed and let sit for a day but it was not enough to do the whole job, I mixed two other loads after and I have noticed a big difference from the day old mix and the mix and spray areas. I use and electric ATV tank sprayer with a 15 gallon tank.

I really like this product. I haven't used a weed eater in years. My one acre yard looks like a well kept park. I just use this weed killer with a pump spayer. I use it to do the same job as a weed eater. After the first spray of the season. I just do touch ups. No strings, dog poop in the face, mixing gas etc. One jug last two years. Also, if you cut a tree. Drill a few holes in the stump, add a little of this weed killer in the holes and it won't try to grow back all around the edges of the stump. This is perfect for an older person still doing yard work. I ride around on the golf cart spraying, what I don't want growing.

This product has always worked for me. The best way I found on how to use it is when the temperature outside is at least 70 degrees or higher. At that temperature and lots of sunshine, it will do it's job at killing anything. I use 5 oz in my 2 gallon sprayer and shake it really well before spraying. Be patient, grass and weeds die in about 7-10 days, sooner if it's hot outside.

I deal with a lot of weeds around our property, and this product is so much more effective than the usual store bought name brands. Be patient because it can take a week or two for it to totally kill the weed depending on how hearty of a weed variety it is, but rest assured it will kill it completely. I also add about a teaspoon worth of Plex Mate (liquid dish soap works as well) in a 2 gallon pot sprayer along with 4-6 ounces of this weed killer which helps this product stick to the weeds even if it rains shortly after applying it. I even used this to clear a walking trail in our woods last year and it stayed clear of weeds all summer and fall.
