My husband often finds his voice craggy and weak. He is 78 years old. The voice problem really upsets him and he avoids situations where it might occur. We ordered this product with hope that it would help him. He was immediately impressed with how his voice is stronger, louder and he doesn’t have to clear his throat constantly. I ordered another bottle for our friend who is a minister who was experiencing the same problems…..on Sunday, he reported that he too is being helped by this product. I've tried a few other brands before and this one worked for me. The bottle sprayer lacks a wider mist stream but has a narrow direct stream so you have to aim right in the first shot. But one or two pumps is all I need. I noticed an immediate relief to the stressed area of my voice box. It seems to smooth out my vocal cords and helps with my singing. Pricy for only 1 fluid oz (30 ml) but until I find something better, this is working great for my needs. The taste is lightly flavored with a mild pleasant mint taste. No throat burning from this product. It is small enough to be a travel size. I would buy again.

One or two sprays, 30 minutes before speaking or singing, is all you need. Note, you can't really spray your vocal cords, as they are not visible when you open your mouth. Getting near to them is sufficient.
