I’m honestly impressed with the results. The two-step system makes my teeth feel extra clean compared to regular toothpaste.After about a week of consistent use, I could definitely see a difference in surface stains. My breath stays fresh for hours.Yes, using two tubes takes a tiny bit more time, but the results are worth it. If you’re looking for an easy at-home whitening boost without strips, this is a great option. I’ll definitely keep this in my routine!

This is definitely the best and only whitening toothpaste that I use and recommend to others. Not only does it whiten your teeth, but it also cleans really well and disinfects. If you buy this toothpaste, make sure to follow the instructions and do not rinse after Step 1. I also use an electric toothbrush for Step 1, and a regular soft toothbrush for Step 2. For me, this helps to polish the teeth better because Step 1 has baking soda in it. However, if you have sensitive teeth, this might not be good for you. Also, be careful not to brush your gums since they may become white and spotty from Step 2, which has hydrogen peroxide in it, like the whitening pastes used at dental offices (which is why at the dentist, they cover your gums while whitening). The white spots on your gums will go away once you start using the toothpaste regularly, but if it does not, you may need to talk to your dentist since it could be an indication of other issues. Step 2 really helps to keep your teeth and your gums clean. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I also haven't gotten any new cavities since I started using it regularly.With all that said, I do not use it every single day because I don't want to damage my enamel, but I do use it at least 3 times a week because I love coffee. I also use this toothpaste to clean my retainers regularly. I've recommended it to friends and family, and everyone has been happy with the results.Side note, do not brush your teeth, with any paste at all, right after drinking coffee since it is acidic and you can damage your teeth by brushing them right after. Always drink water after you drink coffee (or any acidic drink for that matter). Most dentists won't tell you this because you are their customer.

I decided to give this one a shot as I heard good things about it in articles. I also read the reviews on here before purchasing. A lot of people said it turned their gums white in certain places and burned others. My teeth and gums aren't very sensitive so I figured I'd check it out.I was impressed with the results. I use whiting toothpaste, strips, and pens, but as far as toothpaste goes, I could instantly see and feel a difference using this. I will say it gave me a little tingle, but not like a burn or anything, but I could feel it. I'm about through finished with it, and I can say I only noticed twice that it left a small area of my gums white, ws barely noticeable and it went away within a couple hours. The spot was a little tender for a few minutes after then I forgot about it.However, if you have sensitivity in your teeth or gums this toothpaste is most likely not for you. My wife ran out of her toothpaste and used this one day and instantly told me how much it burned and left her gums sore. She has sensitive teeth and usually buys toothpaste that reflects that.I would buy it again, but most likely alternate using this at night and my regular whitening toothpaste in the morning just to get a little longer run out of it as it is definitely not cheap, but works great.

This toothpaste truly is about having white teeth, not healthy teeth.First, the "step 1" paste does't have the best taste in my opinion. It is minty, but it's not a mint I really appreciate. It also makes my teeth feel weird. Almost like there is a film on them. Maybe they don't feel as clean as when I use a tarter protection or anti-cavity paste, even bargain brands. I also believe it has those little "beads" in it, which are bad for the environment.Second, the "step 2" paste says to brush for 1 minute with it. It left my gums with white "burns" on them from the strength of the step 2. Step 2 paste reminds me of the clear gel that is on crest strips. It has that same bad taste and burns your gums in the same way. I stopped using step 2 because of that.I felt like this product is the same toothpaste (step 1) that you can buy (Crest 3D Toothpaste) and then they bottled up the gel they put in white strips and tried to sell it as a packaged deal. I really disliked step 2.In the end, it definitely works and makes your teeth whiter, but I prefer my teeth to feel clean and to prevent cavities more than I care about having perfectly white teeth. If you're looking to just make your teeth whiter, this is a good product but I like all around care, including gingivitis and tarter protection, which this paste doesn't seem to do.
