Love it! Plantain is known in Gaelic as "the healing herb" because it's such a versatile herb with tons of health benefits. It's mostly used to support and strengthen mucous membranes throughout the body. As an anti-inflammatory and antiviral, it battles infection, reduces mucous membrane secretions and supports tissue repair.It's excellent for all congestion problems throughout the ears, nose, throat, respiratory and digestive tract. It's usually used as a tea or tincture to treat indigestion, ulcers, diarrhea and IBS.These organic plantain leaves are pretty good, and there's plenty here for many different applications. You can use it short-term for acute problems or use it long-term for chronic health issues, such as chronic congestion, allergic rhinitis, and mucous colitis. It seems like most of the people around me suffer from congestive issues but do nothing about it. Modern doctors don't offer you much for chronic conditions, and that's where herbs like plantain come to the rescue.This plantain works well in herbal tea blends, and is often combined with elderflower, but it can also be used externally wherever tissue repair is needed. I had no problem with service. Fast delivery. I just received the botanicals a couple days ago and haven’t used them yet. I have no reason to believe they won’t be as good as the Comfrey leaves I just ordered. I have infused the comfrey and used the oil to make a balm for my husband’s post surgical pain and inflammation of a rotator cuff repair. He grumbled about it for a couple days telling me it wasn’t working. I told him anti-inflammatories need consistent use and might take up to a week to really start feeling the benefits. On day 4, he texted me and said, “this ‘witchcraft’ stuff you made is working pretty good.” Needless to say he makes fun of me for making so many of my own healthcare and beauty products. This is the second balm I’ve made for him for ailments and both worked as I expected. Maybe he’ll start coming around soon. Thank you for a top quality product packaged in a top quality ziploc. I would recommend Starwest Botanicals from VirVenture!!

Great product. Packaged beautifully, and does the job! Made a good supply of comfrey salve. Not having had my own supply, this came in extremely handy. Delivered fast, and was exactly as described in listing. Will only buy my organic hedgerow plants from this seller when it is necessary to purchase.

PLAINTAIN... the question is... almost... what is Plaintain Not good for!This is a miraculous herb and can give miraculous results in aiding in your healthful endeavors if taken with regularity!!It helps to detox the blood... it protects from fungal infections including Candida Albicans... it is a specific for inflamed mucous linings... and helps your body to heal itself.Plaintain soothes the spastic colon... it can even aide in Snake Bites and the American Indians called it "Snakeweed"... and is also helpful for eye problems of many kinds.And it aides in the relief from Shingles...Remember always... anything natural must be taken with regularity and build up in your system... it takes time/commitment on your part... but you only have good side effects and no bad ones as you have with synthetic drugs!God Bless you all and Be Well!
