Been using this product for many many years now, and had great results with my performance in and out of the gym. It's got all your essential vitamins plus amino acids. But please do drink plenty of water as you will be making your toilet neon.

This arrived well packaged and on time. It is a gives me plenty of energy, and is an important part of my nutrition. The pills are easy to swallow too.

I am not a vitamin expert, but this product is a strange formulation.They recommend 3 pills a day, one with every meal. Taking only one pill per day will transform your urine into a terrifying neon yellow color. This is annoying because it makes it hard to judge your level of hydration which is important to anyone who would be taking vitamins, whey, and working out. There is a lot of discussion about this on google indicating this yellow color comes from B vitamins. When you add this supplement to the cronometer nutrition tracker, you will see that this vitamin is mostly B vitamins, and at least 333% of the RDV for all of them. So why is the recommended dosage not 1 pill? One pill would still put me over 100% on all the b vitamins, and still produce neon yellow urine? This is what I am currently doing.It is also disappointing that there is not enough Vitamin D in this. Even at 3 pills a day its only 67% of the RDV. It also does not meet the RDV for vitamin A or K. I would much rather have a balanced Vitamin, especially meeting my Vitamin D requirements, and it seems as if I am unable to absorb even 1/3 of the B vitamins in this, and the B vitamins are all going out as urine anyway.This is an odd product formulation from optimal nutrition. I am sure there is a lot I have misunderstood. I will continue to use their Whey, Opti-Men (1 pill), creatine, and fish oil tablets every day. I assume they know what they are doing but at first glance it appears you only need one of these per day.

My husband takes this everyday. I take the Women's Opti vitamin. I actually found that I started to lose weight as well. We've been taking these for about 5 years now.

Results in neon yellow piss, which leads me to think it's more going down the drain than helping me any...I think this is a problem not with this product specifically, but all pills. Need to spread out absorption over time. Better balanced diet is probably more beneficial than any pill supplements will provide. Maybe a slower release form factor could help too.
