Overall no taste but there is an oily feeling I got on my lips. Not terrible at all but noticeable. There was no altered smell to my coffee either. Great value for the money so far. I had no stomach upset but I read to start slowly so I drank a cup of coffee this morning with a teaspoon then a couple hours later had another cup of coffee with another tea spoon. I plan to bump up the dosage after a week and base it on my overall stomach tolerance. I did notice right away that my appetite was vastly suppressed which was great for my morning fast. I will also review again after a month with weight management and focus improvement.

I love this powder. Easy to mix into liquids.Keeps me in ketosis and I use often with my coffee.It does not have a taste. I feel like the price is descent for how long it last per month.

My first time trying this and I love it. I never had MCT oil before. I am very happy getting this brand. I am not new to this brand. I have take supplements from this brand. Although Aports Research can be pricey, it is a the quality that matters and the research, the testing of it and they indicate the date it was tested. you can even request for the certification. I added a tsp of this MCT oil to my coffee. It is too early to tell but for now, it's tasteless and I like it. Mixes well. Very happy. High quality stuff.

It is truly flavorless and odorless. I’ve only been using it two days and as someone with a sensitive stomach, do heed the suggestions to start slow. I was doing two teaspoons a day (instead of the 3, I believe, tablespoon serving size) and I will definitely be skipping a day and cutting back to just one teaspoon daily for a week or so. No issues with leakage and the squeeze cap is good, but measure over whatever you’re putting it on/in cause it can shoot out like a jet stream and overshoot your target measuring apparatus 😅

いつもコストコに行った時に購入していましたが、次にコストコ行く前に使い切ってしまい、どうしよかかとBoloで探したら、なんともほぼ値段だったので、即買いしました。減量する時のお供として欠かせないオイルです。

Broken cap on first opening

Product was nicely packaged but cap broke on first opening. It's impossible to pour a small quantity with the broken cap and result in an oily mess most of the time. Currently using tape to close the cap, hoping this does not affect quality of the oil.
