I’ve been using Nature’s Truth Hair, Skin & Nails for a few weeks, and I can already see a difference! My nails feel stronger, my hair looks shinier, and my skin feels healthier. I have been using this for awhile now, after menopause made my nails start to fall apart. I have never had strong nails but they got way worse. This was the piece that was missing. I do also take a vitamin for women 50+, and a calcium with extra D supplement as well. But it wasn't enough to help my nails. This was. My nails are better now then they have been all my life. I don't have problems taking pills so I can't speak to that as an issue. They do have a typical "vitamin" taste if they don't go down right way with my big swig of water. I take 3 a day with breakfast along with my other supplements that I still take. I like that these are more than just Biotin, and that they have calcium. The other kind in this brand, Superior Strength, that are cheaper, don't have calcium. I also have osteoporosis so I want the extra calcium.
