I cook wth this product a lot and enjoy the flavor. I use fresh onions in my cooking, too: although, it's nice to go without chopping onions. These dried onions are great when a dish needs to have onion flavor and you have no fresh onions available.

Don*'t peel and chop onions anymore! I cook all the time now. This is my favorite add in for all my meats (chicken, beef, pork). My husband doesn't know the difference. I even use this with Asian dishes! What do you have to lose? I reorder when the bottle is half gone. Trust me its good!
