We trust the Planter's name and rarely buy other brands of mixed nuts. I ordered these because my husband likes the Brazil nuts, and they are getting harder to find in these cans of mixed nuts because they are putting in pistachios instead. Lightly salted is healthier and just the right amount of salt. Fresh and tasty!

My husband loves mixed nuts. We've previously been ordering from elsewhere, but decided to try ordering from Bolo because the price was lower. Hubby says these nuts are actually fresher than the ones we've been ordering from nuts.com. so, now we will be ordering them from Bolo.

Some of the 1 star viewers obviously were not reviewing these nuts. I'm reviewing the lightly salted DELUXE mixed nuts that list contents in this order: Cashews, Almonds, Hazel nuts, Pecans, Pistachio. There are NO peanuts in DELUXE mixed; that's why they are called Deluxe. The contents should, by weight, be in the order listed, i.e. Cashews, almonds, etc. I have purchased 5 cans of these nuts in 3 orders. With all the extra time we have, due to the pandemic, I decided to separate and weight them all. Frankly, I suspected there were more almonds than cashews but I was wrong. Cashews tend to break into small pieces some times, unlike almonds, but by weight of the 15.25 oz can, I got the following:Cashews: 7.6 oz, Almonds: 5.7 oz, Hazel nuts: 0.8 oz, Pecans: 0.6 oz, Pistachios: 0.6 oz. Total:15.3 but my scale only measures to one decimal point so my results were each rounded to that.These have always been fresh, delicious and lightly salted. Maybe a tad more than lightly but I consider that a good thing and a subjective judgment. My only complaint is they keep moving the price up and down. When they are below $7.50 a can, they are = or less than a similar product at my local market which has Brazil nuts instead of pistachios, 32 oz for $15.00, unsalted, in a bag.When they are over $8.00 a can, sometimes I pass and get the ones at market but that's only because I'm a tightwad living on a fixed retirement income. I highly recommend these nuts and only wish they would offer them with fewer almonds and more pecans and pistachios. Just a little.
