I thought that this has a very good lemon flavor. As I like lemon flavored things, it was great for me. Please note that this product does not come with a recipe for smaller size home ice cream makers. However, I bought the pineapple version in the past, which at the time did come with instructions for a one quart ice cream maker. I used those and they worked perfectly. So here is what you do to make 1 quart.Chill 2 cups of cold waterAdd 1 and 1/3 cup of soft serve mix to the chilled water. Stir until dissolved.Add 2 more cups of cold water and stir.Use your ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.I replaced one cup of the final 2 cups of cold water with low fat evaporated milk to make it richer, but you can skip that if you want this to be lactose free.

The powdered mix appears to have gotten moisture and the entire package is rock solid. It won't even break into pieces.

Tasted great works well in our soft serve machineI was disappointed that they sent product that was almost past the use by Date. Kind of ridiculous it sat on a shelf somewhere for a couple years and get shipped right before use by date. But product was good and everyone enjoyed

Taste Is Amazing !! For A Stronger Lemon Flavor Just Add A Little More Than One Cup. It Takes Approximately 25 Minutes To Make And Also Make Sure Your Water And Milk / Liwuids Are Cold .Make Sure Your Ice Cream Bowl Is Completely Frozen At Least 12-24 hours. Some People Say 8 hours. Everyones Freezer Does Not Freeze At The Same Temperature. I Frozed My Bowl For 24 Hours. Perfect And Not Too Soft !! Just Nice And Creamy !! I Have Purchased 3 Bags Of Lemon And One Pineapple Mix Already !! I'm Hooked And Will Continue To Purchase More !!

I love this mix. Lemon is my favorite. All flavors are good. This makes a lot of smaller batches. Can make it using only water. I have used milk for about 1/3 of the called for liquid. It comes out pretty creamy and delish!! I am going to make a batch with just water to see the difference. The amount I use for my 2 quart ice cream maker is 1 &1/3 cup of mix and 3 cups of liquid. For a 1&1/2 quart mixer, use 1 cup of mix and 2 &1/4 cups of liquid. This recipe works for any of the flavors of Dole soft serve. After you mix the liquid and mix together, put it in your freezer for about 30 min. (DO NOT LET IT FREEZE) This gets everything really cold and it freezes better in your machine.

This NON diary treat was first served in Disney Land and Disney World, for those people who cannot tolerate diary. As long as you have an ice cream freezer, you can serve this great treat at home. Great price, you don't have to use much to make a ice cream freezer full. Tastes like summer, you may also you milk, almond milk etc, instead of water

I love lemon ice cream, I also LOVE Krekels in Illinois but this is nothing like it. I'm not happy about this purchase but I bought it without knowing what it tasted like. Anyway, Its not what I was expecting for sure.
