Very good product at a reasonable price. Hint: I use the bran for cookies. 1 1/2 cups for my last batch of peanut butter/ chocolate chip. About a 4 dozen batch. It gives them a great texture which everyone likes. Highly recommended!

I just got this. It’s oat bran but not organic which is what I usually buy. Paid a lot more than what I usually pay for oat bran but it’s convenient to order it through Bolo, of course. The shipping Bolo bag was open when they delivered it.This is my second order. This time the Bolo bag was not open. I really do hope this is actually oat bran & not just ground oats. I consume a very small amount for breakfast as I know that oatmeal per se raises your blood sugar which is not good for your health. I add organic blueberries, blackberries & sometimes 1 or 2 strawberries plus greek yogurt & other yogurts I make myself w/different strain of beneficial probiotics. I also add a tsp of it to my dog’s food.I hope is doing good to both of us!!

Marvellous breakfast. Very mutritous and very easy to prepare. I fix mine with an raw egg whipped with a fork and a quarter cup of milk in one and a half minutes in the microwave; I usually then add a banana and occasionally a few raisons and or nuts.Health benefits:highly nutritious; even more nutritous than rolled oatsWhy did you pick this product vs others?:It's very easy to prepare but it's not like a breakfast you shake out of a box that doesn't need any preparation at allmore nutritious that pre-cooked cereals; even more nutritionGrain content:Oat Brand - one of the most nutrious cereals we can eat.
