At a 1:16 dilution ratio, this cleaner disinfects hard-nonporous surfaces in five minutes. Suitable for use as a virucide, bactericide, fungicide, mildewcide and a non-food-contact sanitizer. Kills MRSA, norovirus and canine parvovirus. Use only as directed.

I'm using this with reptiles as a virucide and bactericide but it is an excellent cleaner too. It will even take urates off with little to no scrubbing if you spray and let it sit a moment. Quick, easy and it safe as . 1 minute virucide!

I have purchased this product for my business because I needed a backup supply. This product arrived damaged and leaking. Oxivir TB has an unmistakeable Cherry Almond smell to it. This liquid smells like watered-down dish soap and has absolutely no hint of Cherry Almond whatsoever. I have contacted the supplier to request a return.

Paid $150 for four, but received only one bottle. Complained to the distributor and they told me the picture is wrong. Yet up to this day the product display has not changed. The bottle (1 gallon) is totally overpriced. It was also not sealed. Cannot be sure , if I have the real thing. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

ASK YOURSELF OR MANUFACTURER BEFORE BUYINGDoes this product contain Parabens , which cause cancer? Methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone? Octylisothiazolinone? Benzisothiazolinone?Those are neuroTOXIC compounds banned in Europe but not the lovely U.S. MI can be found in Suave, HeadnShoulders, Clairol products, even Johnsons BABY shampoo and even PURELL.
