I bought this along with a few other bars and pork grinds from this brand for my dad for Father’s Day. I actually went out on a limb, not knowing that he actually loves this brand. It turns out it was a hit and he gave it all rave reviews. He did say it’s a little pricey but worth it. I don’t think he had treated himself to this brand of products in a while and now he’s back on them. It makes me want to try them now too. Definitely recommend according to my dad and he used to be a food tester. He has tried all sorts of health products and has his favorites as well as ones that he doesn’t like, but this brand of products he’s a fan of. I feel like that says a lot because he’s definitely a man of distinguished taste, meaning he doesn’t want everyday ordinary. He wants different, he wants flavor and he wants lots of it. This brand of products definitely checked all the boxes for him.

I’m not a fan of jerky, but this is nothing like it. The pieces are moist and chewy. It doesn’t take but one or two to curve the appetite.

The taste of these is really good, although I do think they could stand to be just a tad more sweet. However, they are kind of expensive so that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I was skeptical about trying a new meat but these are sooo good! Not to mention the protein and they aren’t filled with a bunch of needless bad for you stuff. If your on the fence try it. They taste delicious whatever they’re flavoring these with is really good but not overpowering either.

The flavor is a cross between mushy raisins and dried dog treats. It’s AWFUL. I would never recommend these to anyone. Disappointing to have wasted my money on these. I hated them, bf hated them. Texture is unbearable. Soft is an understatement.

It's ok. If you are looking for a jerky taste this is not what you are looking for. Also, needs to be refrigerated after opening so if you are traveling with it you'll have to eat it all in one sitting.

Bolo's "amazing" algorithm matched me to this, when I searched for Bison Jerky. I should have read the label better before buying, and of course you can't return food. So, I tried it. NOT GOOD!Although it has tons of fat (16g), it still tastes dry, despite leaving your lips really greasy. It's simply ground up Bison + Bacon + raisins. NOT a good combo. Pressed into tiny <1" squares. It's definitely nothing like real Jerky, but Bolo's algorithm is really more to blame with that one.I was tempted to give it 1 star, but it didn't make me vomit. It simply tasted very bland, but left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. I would definitely recommend to avoid this product, and simply buy from a different company instead.I would never buy this horrendous product again, even if it was $1.99. Let alone at $6 for something that left me extremely queasy afterwards. I should have read the reviews, many of which likened it to dog food. Lesson learned.Avoid at all costs

Great vendor, but this isn't really jerky and taste is meh.
It tasted a bit mealy, really didn't like it. Didn't really seem like a jerky.It was the only bag of jerky I had out on "boys night" that didn't get devoured.
