At $2.50 and no shipping, I was not sure how good it could be. I don't understand how anyone can make a profit off it. I assume these were made for the movie and never sold, so someone else bought them for pennies on the dollar. Outside of that, it seems unlikely you can ship these from China at that price and make money. The top spins very well. With a reasonably good twist it will spin for about 55-60 seconds before it starts to wobbles. Overall with the end wobbles, it spins for about 80 seconds. I saw at least one top out there for $45 and I would be curious how much better it could be. The shipping time was about 35 days as it came from China. The top was in good condition with no marks. On the bottom it has the words inception engraved it in. The case is a small aluminum (i guess) box and it comes with a dice for whatever reason. That is a basic plastic die that is found in any cheap game. I am not even sure why I wrote a review of this item, but I still find it funny that this can ship from China as a one item purchase for $2.50 and be as good or better than advertised. I also find it funny that tops are also selling for $50 on-line. Overall I would buy this again if I ever find I have a need for another top. However one top in my life is probably enough.

The pictures for this product are deceitful. None of them show a hole in the top of the totem, which ruins the authenticity completely. They must think I want to hang it around my neck or something. Only reason for a couple stars is that it does have nice weight to it and is an accurate size.

Ok so to all the bad reviews who say it "doesn't keep spinning", yea it doesn't because YOU suck at it! Lol not everyone wakes up knowing how to spin a top and it doesn't spin itself. So obviously you have to practice it. ALOT. Ha what Inception didn't say is that there's a bit of a learning curve to getting it right. If you try to spin it too hard, or don't put the right torque on it - it'll only spin for a few seconds, or most likely may not really spin at all.Once you get a feel for the 'flick' you need to get it going, you can build from there. Just know, it DOES work. And it DOES take practice to learn how to do well (like anyyyyything else in this world).Super fun gift for adults who know the movie Inception (this is a great secret santa office item), and for inquisitive kids who love a challenge.

The totem I received came in the tin with the die which is pretty impressive for the price. I was a little let down by the fact the word INCEPTION was etched on the underside of the totem. It would be more authentic without that touch. The first time I spun it I just happened to have put it on a perfectly smooth, perfectly flat surface. After about twenty seconds it spun so perfectly that it appeared (from a distance of a few feet) to be frozen in the standing position. I could perceive no wobbling. After about a full minute of it appearing to be perfectly still (and appearing to defy gravity and logic), part of me legitimately considered that I might have at some unremembered pointed damned myself to unwakeable dreamscape for a million eternities. I know it is stupid but my heart jumped a little, even though I was very conscious of the optical illusion.It seems to be extremely well balanced for the price. I have no complaints.

What a seriously disappointing product!!! Such a great idea that could have been magnificent if this had actually been made well and usable ... but unfortunately it is neither made well and can't be used due to the tops slipperiness and poor balance that is so obvious at first glance. I'm really let down by this purchase and will never buy ANYTHING from this vendor ever again.

The media could not be loaded. Simple. Cheap. I fidget a lot so something like this can entertain my hands while I think. Does have "Inception" etched into the bottom of the top which I'd actually not prefer but it doesn't really matter, I'm happy enough.It also came with an unexpected dice! Almost seems loaded as the 1 side seems deeper than the others.Amazing to think this little can inside a small bubble wrapped bag managed to get from some random spot in China all the way to my mailbox and the total cost of the item shipped was less than $3. The mind boggles!Ordered this over 1 1/2 months ago so it definitely took some time to get here, so much so that I entirely forgot I bought it. I think this is what I'm going to start doing.. buying small simple items cheap from china and be surprised when they get here.

コマを回す持ち手にキーホルダーをつけるような穴があります。円周にバリがあり、商品画像のような商品ではありません。ただ、加工できる硬さなので金属用のノコギリで穴を切り落として、紙やすりで磨くことで満足できるものになりました。（作業時間は４時間ほど）１分程は回るので、コマとしては使えます。購入はおすすめしません
