I got this product January 5 delivered to my home, all it says in the structures is that it's easy to use, yet however does not tell you how to make a tea out of it or how to use it or what dose to use, If I don't know how to use it I'm scared too so I wasted $25 how stupid is that, if anybody can tell me how to use it I would appreciate it very much
