I’m really like this product for baking. Rice flour is hard to come by at times because it’s so popular. I’m happy I ordered it because I use it for bread kneading when making artisan Sour Dough loaves. It’s a fine mill flour and will last me a long time. The packaging details and other related cooking instructions were on the bag. I always repackage into jars so I didn’t have any photos of it before repackaging. I highly recommend this brand of flour I’ve used it many times.

My package came torn, flour all over inside shipping bag/packaging. Tear was in the side of package. Due to item being opened/exposed, I did not feel comfortable attempting to bake anything using it. I couldn’t tell how long bag was opened therefore questioning integrity of this product.

Misleading
Clearly buying in a larger size didn't pay off. Rice flour is marked on package as processed on other factory lines that mill wheat etc. So much for gluten free!. Waste of money for my needs
