I started taking these about a year ago after surgery that prevented me from swallowing pills for awhile. I have texture issues and a very sensitive gag reflex. I don’t have a problem with these at all. They taste great, dissolve completely with no gritty residue, and no after taste to make me gag.

I’ve been taking the EZ Melts Dissolvable Vitamin B‑Complex with Methyl B12 and Methyl Folate every morning for a couple of months now, and it’s been a noticeable upgrade to my routine. Just drop one in a glass of water—no swallowing weird pills—and it dissolves quickly with a mild, citrusy taste that’s refreshing, not medicinal. It doesn’t smell and it’s very effective.Since starting these, I’ve felt steadier energy throughout the day and fewer afternoon dips. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free (I’m watching carbs), compact, and easy to pack for travel. The 2-month supply lasts about as long as advertised, and they’ve been gentle on my stomach—no unpleasant aftertaste or nausea. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient way to support my daily B‑vitamins without fuss. I’ll buy them again! It is worth the cost.

Okay they’re not actually slimy. But the taste is bad. Not intolerable. Worth it for the benefits. But the first thing that came to mind when I took the first one was that scene in the lion king where simba eats a huge caterpillar or bug of some sort, and his facial expression is that he is all grossed out by the concept of eating it and the actual taste of it... but then his face changes to pleasantly surprised as he realizes that it staved off his hunger.These are the only b complex dissolvable vitamins that I have found that contain everything I need. I searched for hours and I found one that had everything but no folate, then another that had everything but not enough of one or two active ingredients. I was happy to find these and I would probably still take them even if they tasted like total crap because they have everything I’ve been looking for. But, they actually do not taste like total crap. There is an unidentifiable mild gross taste, but it is mixed with a very pleasant strawberry taste in attempts to make it more tolerable I’m sure. And it works to actually make it cover the weird/gross taste up a little bit. All in all, I can bare the taste and will continue to do so; daily, with gratitude. Why? Because I live in a country where I have the means and access to simply order essential nutrients for my body, and have them magically appear on my doorstep within a day or two. When there are so many countries and so many people in the world that are starving and lacking vital nutrients, even lacking clean water, or water at all. And here I am in my nice air conditioned home, not having to leave the comfort of it to have something delivered to my doorstep that has the ability to make me healthier. That being said,I definitely don’t want to be an “ungrateful, arrogant American”, complaining about such petty first world problems, like how something that I am blessed to have access to- FOR MY HEALTH- doesn’t taste like frosting or whipped cream.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Melts in your mouth. B vitamins are not easily absorbed in the stomach.
