This is one of my favorite vegan instant ramens—rich, savory, and way more satisfying than you'd expect from a meatless cup. I never microwave it (just add boiling water), and the flavor develops really well that way.That said, it's salty. The website says 54% daily sodium, but the product I received lists 57%. To make it more manageable, I add extra water and skip drinking the broth. The taste is still fantastic, texture is great, not too soft.These have gotten me through busy call shifts and late-night study sessions. It’s not an everyday food, but definitely a reliable pantry staple when you need comfort food fast. Just pace yourself and drink some actual water too. 😅
