This makes cooking dinner so easy and fun and healthy!It couldn't be easier! You simply pour a bunch of this into a pot of boiling water and then throw in whatever you're going to cook. Being vegan, I threw in mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, tofu, garlic, lemon, and onions. I also threw in some vegan hot dogs and sausages. The vegan hot dogs and sausages did not take the flavor so much but everything else did and it was wonderful. I would say the mushrooms, garlic, carrots, oh and brussel sprouts, took the flavor the best. But it is all good.My girlfriend was delighted with this dinner. She said it was healthy and tasted delicious. She said she wanted to have it again for dinner the next night. We think it's healthier because it doesn't contain a lot of oil which has the fat in the calories. I will say there's some salt in here but I don't think all of it's getting absorbed into the veggies.It's worth every penny and then some.Highly recommended!
