Following a dermatologist advice, I tried to use this as lather to actually replace my shaving foam-gel but the razor does not glide as well with the cleanser as it does with the proper shaving gel.So I am using this cleanser _after_ shaving to wash my face and follow with a non-oily moisturizer and it seems to keep my skin in better shape, without irritation or bumps.
