I recently decided to try to quit smoking and was initially using patches and lozenges. I wasn't a very heavy smoker and smoked Natural America Spirits light so quitting and switching to even 2mg was a higher amount than my smokes. The 2mg lozenges were strong, burned my mouth and gave me a lot of side effects. I figured maybe I could find a 1mg lozenges and it was hard but I found these. This changed everything for me! These don't give me that burning feeling (mouth and stomach) and they work for the "edge" that they take off when you do have a craving so if you are a lighter smoker like me and need a solution that is under the 2mg definitely try these!
