Very convenient and easy to make. When you make the mix, it will be very liquidy. You have not made a mistake. They rise and they’re very soft. Unlike many other gluten-free muffins. I love to add almond flavoring With dried cherries. I top it off then with Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia ice cream. YUM! The mix fits perfectly in the long, narrow, Swedish almond cake pan. It makes the cake a beautiful presentation with drizzle on the top. I’ve also use Baileys in the mix and Baileys in the drizzle frosting. It’s my go to easy dessert. Enjoy

Love this brand! Wish I could order more from Bolo, but something seems to have switched - says I have to order from Whole Foods; could be me, not sure. Excellent ingredients. I use avocado oil in the mixes. Final product is great.

I used this for my baby's half-birthday smash cake, and it came out perfectly! The cake was very moist, and the flavor was outstanding—one of the best cake mixes I've tried. I will definitely order it again!

Surprisingly good low carb almond flour chocolate cupcakes. After they sat overnight under plastic wrap they were unbelievably moist and delicious. I'm actually thinking of buying two boxes to make a proper cake for my son's birthday! Hopefully the price won't suddenly skyrocket as seems to happen when I find something low-carb and high quality.
