I like this brand of ashwagandha. I had purchased Best Naturals brand before. I was pleased with the results. I experience ALOT of stress from night shift work. But since I started using the Best Naturals brand, my stress level has been lower. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no flavor. And the value of the product is great.

We have been ordering this for over a year now and have included it in our daily vitamin intake. We have noticed a difference when we didn't take it for a few days.I would recommend it to anyone who is a senior like us and needs a little extra advantage on a daily basis.

I tend to go into these things expecting them to be totally useless. I try to use the nocebo effect to counter act any placebo effects. This was so effective that there is no doubt that it is what it says it is. I took this product for several months.I've been using this in combination with Tongkat Ali to help with increasing overall testosterone levels and fill in facial hair gaps. Its been working perfectly and I cant recommend this enough

I took this for two weeks and had to quit because of the nausea and stomach issues......be careful.
