I use it after Whitening or when they are overly sensitive from eating candy. I completely ignore the instructions for how to apply - Before going to sleep I simply put it on a soft toothbrush and gently brush my teeth without rinsing. Turn out the lights and hope it's fortifying my teeth until I awake the next morning. 90% of the time the pain and sensitivity is gone.

I GOT THESE TO GO WITH BRIGHTENING PENS. I RECEIVED THESE FIRST. i HAVN'T YET RECEIVED THE OTHER, WHICH HAS TRAYS. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY TRAYS WITH THE RE-MINERALIZATION GELS. SHOULD I HAVE? I DON'T KNOW..... SO FOR NOW, I GUESS THEY ARE OK. I CAN'T USE THEM AS THEY ARE.

I have been using this weekly for about a month. I whiten my teeth 2-3 times per week, and I don't have any issues with sensitivity, but I wanted to be on the safe side. I apply this into my teeth trays that I use for whitening, and sleep with it in overnight. Come morning, I brush my teeth as normal and go about my day!My teeth always feel great after using this product! I am very happy and will purchase more in the future!

The issue with the mineral gel is that it is too difficult to fill your trays with. it comes out in a string or a glob and when you try to spread it, the product just moves without spreading to fill the whole tray.Very frustrating. If you can fix this issue that would be great.

Easy to use; I like that you don't need to leave it on very long. I will leave it up to my dentist to let me know if it's made any difference.

This really helps with my teeth. I'm 68 & my teeth were becoming less white & more translucent. This makes them look more solid & white. It doesn't whiten your teeth, but because they look more solid they appear whiter. I use it at least once a week. I put the trays in & sleep with them in all night.
