It works really well and it is very tasty. Paired with any organic b12, it will increase your blood levels and give you massive amount of every. This product tastes amazing and super easy to use; I’m allergic to a lot of ingredients in the more popular prenatals and this one was the only I could find I could take that was super allergy friendly. Not only that I saw that it was prayed over( which I have never seen on a label) and that means the world to me; with the ingredients being so healthy and prayed over. This company cares about it’s customers! I will now be buying from this company only I am officially a fan! Btw this gave me no upset stomach at all and you could tell it was very high quality ingredients. 10/10 recommend! ❤️

I drank this in both of my pregnancies after finding out that folic acid was synthetic and it was making me more nauseus. The flavor is great. The only downside is that you have to keep it refrigerated and since I didnt keep it with my other supplements sometimes I forgot to drink it with my preggo brain fog.

I had a folate deficiency caused by a diabetes medication. I have a lot of food allergies and needed something organic without gluten, nuts, soy, or seeds. I also needed something that would absorb fast. Like a liquid. I took this for a couple of months last year and my folate level was 3, but should have bern 7 or higher. After taking it, my folate level went from 3 to 14. Thinking it resolved I didn't take it anymore.So about a month ago,a full year after stopping this supplement I started to get severe neuropathy from head to toe. My body felt like it was on fire and being stuck by tingling needles at the same time. I couldn't sleep as it was severe when I laid down. Even my face was tingling and burning. So I Googled my symptoms and it said vitamin deficiency like folate could be the cause. My new doctor also asked if by chance I had a vitamin deficiency. So I started taking this liquid folate again. I bought 2 bottles so I started the new one as I wasn't sure if the one from last year was still good. Within a day I noticed less neuropathy. 2 days it was significantly reduced allowing me to function again. After a week, 99% of the neuropathy was gone. I had severe and debilitating neuropathy for a month before figuring out my deficiency was back. This stuff definitely helped this year and last. I do think its a bit pricey so I hope the price doesn't get higher. But it works. Highly recommend

Why in this day of age is menopause and symptoms from it not talked about loud and proud?!I've been suffering with extreme hot flashes ( 10-20 a day ) for about a year. ( Age 49-50 ) Doing everything right, eating healthy, exercise and drinking lots of water.Then I came across an article mentioning how menopausal women should still be taking folate at older ages, and it's not just for the child bearing years.I purchased pink stork liquid folate in hopes it would at least help a tiny bit.Well, I'm here to say by my second week of taking one dropperfull first thing every morning under the tongue I stopped having hot flashes. I'm now on week 6 and still have not had a hot flash. There are times I feel a slight bit warm, but no more instant sweating, no more waking up from night sweats. Holy wow girls! Please share with all your women friends that folate helps!

I usually drop it right on my tongue and it’s tart, but actually tastes great ha! I’ll also put it into a seltzer or something and it hides well. I much prefer this to a pill. And a great substitute for gummies since the ones I had made me nauseous in the first few months.
