Does the job- kept my dishes hot. Easy to put together, easy to clean. Metal is very thin, dents easily, has sharp edges like described by others. If one uses it occasionally, handles it with care so it does not get dropped or bumped, washes it carefully so as not to get cut by the edges, it does a good job. Not for heavy duty, commercial use.

Used the burner holders for the first time for the 3 chafing buffets for Xmas and next day tried to remove the tops and couldn’t. It’s like the metal got too hot and wouldn’t come off. I had to throw away the burner holders. Very disappointed!!!
