Dressier looking shoe.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great look and fit
My first Rockports, they are beautiful and fit perfectly. With my orthodics in they still feel roomy and comfortable.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very well constructed shoe that would be very comfortable, if the toe box had more room.
This is a very good looking shoe, which is quite comfortable, very well constructed and priced to match.I purchased 10 pairs of shoes during Prime Week. 8 out of the 10 were far too narrow in the toe box. This was, by far, the most comfortable and most accurately sized shoe of the bunch. Not quite as stylish as the Johnston & Murphy Men’s Upton Perfed Plain Toe shoe, which was my first choice for style. However, the Johnston & Murphy shoe is made for elves, or at least people with skinny little elf feet. Two of the 10 pairs of shoes I purchased during Prime week were Rockport shoes, the Cacey Oxford and the Truflex Work shoe. As described below, both are very well constructed BUT the Truflex Work shoe has a very narrow toe box. If you are interested in this shoe, try a wide size or add a 1/2 size.Unlike Johnston & Murphy, who have forgotten real men want comfort over style; whereas Women will break their feet in half if they like the style of the shoe, Rockport, at least in the case of the Rockport Men's Cacey Oxford, seems to have found the perfect balance between form, fit, style and function. Now, the only question remaining is durability. I cannot rate the durability yet, but I will come back to that in 6-months. Until then, I STRONGLY recommend the Rockport Men's Cacey Oxford.By way of contrast, Rockport seems to neglected size and comfort in their Rockport Men's Comp Truflex Slip Resistant Composite Toe Work Shoes. Like the other 8 of the 10 shoes I purchased during Prime week 2025, Rockport seems to have neglected size and fit in the TruFlex Work shoe. I'm a bit shocked by this. Granted the Truflex has a reinforced composite replacement for the ole steel toed work boot; however, the name "TruFlex Work Shoe" really seems to be a misnomer. The reinforced toe should have a little extra room rather than no wiggle room, especially when you consider the shoe is supposed to be flexible, or at least that is how I understood the term "TruFlex." Further, as a work shoe, it should be designed to be comfortable for someone who will be standing and working in the shoe for 10-hours a day. Unless you have skinny little elf feet the reinforced composite toe box in TruFlex workshoe would leave your toes bruised an the toenails falling off by lunch.Having said the, the Cacey Oxford and the Truflex are both very well constructed. The Cacey Oxford is true to size, whereas the Truflex is either one half size too small or not a workshoe designed for Comfort.I've been wearing U.S. size 8.5 shoes for the better part of 40 years, and never had any size issues until this week. So I don't think the size issue is with my feet, especially consider the fact that the Cacey Oxford fits very and is very comfortable to wear. Perhaps shrinkflation has hit shoe world. In sum, if you don't mind shelling out $150 for nice, well built shoe, both the Rockport Cacey Oxford or the TruFlex Work shoe are great choices BUT don't forget to upsize the Truflex! If the Truflex is available in 'wide' sizes, that may work as well, but I have not looked for, or tried the 8.5 wide.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love Rockport shoes.
Been wearing this model shoe at work for 2+ years. Very comfortable. Composite safety toe. Great for walking on concrete all day. Slip resistant and hold up well for the price.Been wearing Rockport shoes for decades. Great shoes.
2.0 out of 5 stars Have owned several pairs. Last pair was defective.
Once I find a shoe I like, I buy them over and over. This is a very comfortable and stylish shoe that I can wear to work. My last pair lasted me a good while until I ripped the fabric on the top of the shoe. They can be quite fragile. My last pair, I wore for less than two weeks when the laces detached from the shoe. From the photos you can see, the shoe that the laces have detached from seem to be missing some stitching that is shown in the other shoe.Very disappointing considering the price of these shoes.
3.0 out of 5 stars nice looking, fairly comfortable, runs small
these look great. tho they are more comfortable than many of the steel toe / composite shoes out there, i do wish they were still more comfortable. the factory insole wore out very quickly and i replaced with a new set. that was an improvement but given i wear them 8 hours a day they leave a bit to be desired. runs slightly small. i would recommend getting a half size up and expect to use a secondary set of insoles as soon as the shoes come out of the box.
1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible quality control
Be forewarned, don’t buy, in less than a week the rubber on heel of a shoe started delaminating. Like a couple months in, fine, but 2-3 days of use? Ridiculous for a shoe of this price point. Don’t ignore all these comments discussing their durability . Beyond that, it is quite tight to get your foot in even if it fits right once it’s on. Also insoles are glued in, which means you can’t install orthotics without screwing up your return. I am really disappointed since there are a better looking safety toe.
5.0 out of 5 stars They are very comfortable
I normally have to wear safety shoes 12 hours a day. At one time I used Nautilus, but they are heavy and a band on the sole kept coming off.I am very happy with these, they are flexible, light, the tip is made of carbon fiber, they are non-slip and dielectric, all of these proven characteristics. They also look like casual shoes, not work shoes.
Son buenos, pero no muy cómodos...

Son cómodos, si tu actividad no es mucha... poniéndoles plantilla se soluciona...
